Jakob Hoehn, Douglas Mueller and John Sargent (from left to right) are members of the board of TIKOS. The three believe in entrepreneurship and its capacity to create better lives for more people.

Douglas is the Chairman of TIKOS. He is an insurance professional. Prior to his retirement, he was for 21 years member in the executive committee of the leading insurance broker in Switzerland. Since his retirement he committs a considerable amount of his time to charitable activity.

Jakob is a member of the TIKOS board. He works as a corporate lawyer at one of the major international law firms in Zurich. Since his semi-retirment, he dedicates more of his time to non-profitable ventures.

John is a member of the TIKOS board. A medical doctor by training, he became a social entrepreneur and co-founded the BroadReach Group in 2003.  BroadReach focuses on improving access to healthcare for underserved populations in over 20 countries using innovative technology and approaches.
